There's no neat function for editing your posts. But I suggest the following makeshift approach:
1. Copy your post (with the error or errors in it).
2. Delete the post by clicking on the little trashcan at the bottom and following the instructions.
3. Re-paste your post (with the error or errors in it).
4. Correct the error or errors.
5. Publish the post. The version with the error(s) will be gone, and the replacement will appear.
